  • If you are Christmas shopping in department stores take the stairs rather than the escalator.
  •  Take a Christmas walk or jog with friends and family to look at Christmas lights where you live.
  •  If you are short on time go for quality over quantity. Try interval training or swap your normal strength workout for a circuit. By working different muscles groups you can do exercises back to back for an effective and efficient workout.
